Our RESTAR CEO, Hibiki Uno will give a presentation at the ULI Japan ESG x PropTech Series Event, hosted by ULI.

We are pleased to announce that our CEO, Hibiki Uno, will be speaking at the “ULI Japan ESG x PropTech Series Event 1 PropTech Across Borders”, which will be held as an offline event on February 22, 2024, organized by ULI.

ULI(Urban Land Institute) is the world’s oldest and largest complex network of real estate and land utilization experts. ULI relies on its members to achieve its mission, shape the future of the industry, and create thriving societies around the world.
More than 45,000 members gather from all fields related to land use and development in the public and private sectors, including major real estate owners, investors, developers, real estate service companies, planners, government officials, academics, etc., and are spread all over the world.

This event will feature an opening keynote by Ariel Shtarkman, Founder and Managing Partner of Undivided Ventures, a VC platform investing in early-stage technology companies. The company focuses on construction tech and PropTech wtih a sustainability angle.

Shtarkman will discuss her venture capital strategy for PropTech the borderlessness of PropTech, and the broader questions of why PropTech and why invest.

The opening keynote will be followed by a spotlight on three Japan based PropTech firms including RESTAR, configured by presentation, Q&A and discussion. (Our CEO Uno is scheduled to speak from 15:30-15:50)

This event is for anyone interested in the burgeoning Japan PropTech real estate market, investment strategies into PropTech, or the sustainability focused and innovative tech being pursued by companies in this space.
