Hibiki Uno graduated from Hitotsubashi University, Faculty of Economics.
After passing the Certified Public Accountant Examination, he began engaging in M&A advisory and project finance support business at PwC.Later, he started working in real estate investment business at Angelo Gordon.
Inspired by his side work to improve and streamline daily operations in real estate acquisition, he created "REMETIS," a management and analysis platform for real estate and geographic information, and founded RESTAR Inc, where he currently works as CEO.

Keisuke Tago started his career at a major Japanese IT company, and for over 20 years, he has been engaged in market development and solution sales expansion in Japan at various foreign IT companies. In the last 10 years, he has been responsible for setting up businesses and organizations at IT research firms, security companies, and SaaS companies as a sales manager.
In December 2022, he joined RESTAR, having learned of the company's potential and philosophy.
Currently, he leads the sales, sales support, and marketing teams.

With a Master of Information Technology from Waseda University, Ken Izumi worked at Goldman Sachs for 16 years as a software engineer, focusing on payment and risk management systems. Prior to RESTAR, he held major technology leadership roles, including VPoE at Paidy and CIO at Adecco Japan, leading big technology projects such as BNPL integration with big clients systems, and Salesforce introduction.
He decided to join RESTAR as he was attracted by the diversity of the company and the potential of REMETIS.
Joining RESTAR in Januray 2024 as VPoE, he currently oversees the engineering team and promotes service development and support.

Wei Ming Yen Dorado graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and is a certified Blockchain Solution Architect.
He started his career as a banker in Citigroup in London and worked on projects in Japan and Asia for Nomura Securities in Tokyo. He also worked as a consultant at PwC and Oliver Wyman for 5 years and has over 15 years of experience in financial services, consulting, and corporate side/tech, spending his career building relationships with Tier 1 clients and partners in Japan, US, and Europe.
He then joined RESTAR in February 2023 to lead cross-disciplinary high impact projects to take the company on to the next stage of growth.
He currently leads Global Operations at RESTAR, leading business development initiatives with both Japanese and international partners in the real estate industry. He is also in charge of developing long term relationships with other startups and Venture Capital firms while leading high growth and transformational projects to further expand RESTAR's presence internationally.

Tereza has a MBA from Columbia Business School, Executive Program from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo.
She has experience in banking and consulting, working for Brunswick, Deutsche Bank and Banco Votorantim, among others. She has worked in M&As and capital raising deals across Americas, Europe and Asia, and has also worked in post-merger integration and new business set-up, as in-house executive and external advisor. She has been teaching at leading institutions including Rikkyo University and ESPM, and serves in the Board of technology and education start-ups.
She joined RESTAR in August 2024 as Head of Corporate to strenghten internal processes and controls, and overall Governance, setting up scalable foundations for the next phase of growh of the company.

Yang Qing Chen worked in urban planning as a national civil servant in China, and later studied economic activities in graduate school.　
While working as an intern, he became convinced that there was a great opportunity for RESTAR to report on the prop-tech (real estate tech) industry in the Chinese market in Japan.
He is currently working as a data analyst, reflecting on products and resolving issues by building forecasting models.

Adam Millerchip is from the UK but grew up in Poland and Romania before graduating in Software Engineering from The University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Spending over half his career in Japan, he worked as an engineer in recruitment, medical systems, and at LINE, before joining RESTAR in December 2021.
He was attracted to RESTAR's unique position as a startup that fills a market need, has a stable revenue and great future potential despite its early stage. Additionally, RESTAR provides an environment where everyone works together toward a common goal and allows the opportunity to work with the Elixir language, a secret weapon for stable tech platforms.
He is currently involved in all aspects of Engineering, including application development, infrastructure, and developer tooling.

Eri Otsuka has experience in a wide range of real estate operations including management, leasing, and purchasing for real estate consulting firms and was previously in charge of several offices in Japan.
After experiencing childbirth and returning to work twice, she had a desire to grow more despite the constraints of location and time.
She joined RESTAR in June 2023 because she was impressed by the way RESTAR was building the organization, looking at global expansion from an early stage and REMETIS, a product that will have a big impact on the industry.
She established an Sales Development team and strengthened the sales organization at RESTAR. She has been keen to contribute to the business of each company through REMETIS.

After joining Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, Takaki Wada engaged in wealth management business for high net worth individuals. Later, he experienced M&A intermediary business for small and medium-sized companies at Japan M&A Center.
He joined RESTAR as our first sales person because he wanted to build an organization in an early-phase start-up and saw strong potential in our product, REMETIS.
After setting up the sales team, he is now in charge of setting up the CS team. He is also focusing on KPI management and sales enablement. He aims to continue to improve the company's internal infrastructure to become a more client-first sales organization.

Jonas Villanueva, originally from the Philippines, started his career working as a Java developer for companies that offered IT solutions to other companies and organizations. While in the Philippines, he worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from government process digitization to banking and ride-hailing apps.
To gain more experience, he started looking for opportunities outside his home country and moved to Japan to work as a full-stack Javascript software engineer on an IoT No-code development platform.
A few years later, he joined RESTAR in October 2022 as a full-stack software engineer, excited to work more with the Elixir Programming Language.
He has since been in charge of overall REMETIS development and currently, he is mainly supporting the frontend .
